custom vs off the shelf erp systemsThanks to the implementation of the ERP System in the University, most of the services have been automated.

It has integrated all departments and functions across a the University in a single computer system that is able to serve all those different department's particular needs. The ERP system has also automated business processes by placing them into a useful format that is standardized and common for the whole organization.
