Kindly note that Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has activated the portal for inter-University transfer.


Individual applicants interested in transferring are expected to log into the KUCCPS website and conduct the exercise online. At the end of it all, they will be enabled to download a transfer form which can be brought to the Admissions & Students’ Section for processing before its forwarded to the Vice Chancellor for signature.

  • Bachelor of Science (Optometry and Vision Sciences)

  • Bachelor of Science (Medical Laboratory Sciences)

  • Bachelor of Science (Hospitality and Institutional Management)

  • Bachelor of Science (Chemistry)
  • Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry)

  • Bachelor of Science (Physics with appropriate technology)

  • Bachelor of Science (Disaster Mitigation and Sustainable Development)

  • Bachelor of Arts (Peace Studies and Disaster Management)

  • Bachelor of Science (Disaster Management and International Diplomacy)

  • Bachelor of Science (Disaster Preparedness and Engineering Management

  • Bachelor of Education (Arts)

  • Bachelor of Arts (Social Work)

  • Bachelor of Arts (Criminology and Criminal Justice)


Please note that the B.ED (Arts) programme placement for 2018/2019 Academic Year has very low cut off points of 24.83 compared to 2017/2018 which was 31.65. In addition, Applicants in the same programme should have scored a minimum of D+(Plus) in Mathematics and C (Plain) in English in addition to the C+ minimum score in the two teaching subjects.
