Dr. Kageha Zilpah Andiva
Dr. Zilpa Kageha is a Lecturer at the department of Education Planning Management, School of Education at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. She teaches and supervises undergraduate students on academic and research matters.
Her areas of academic and research interest are in the fields of Educational policies; Educational Leadership, Inclusive quality Education, Governance and Ethics in Educational Management and use of Technology in Education. Her major scholarly contribution has been in promoting Quality Education in Educational institutions in Kenya.
She holds Doctorate degree in Educational Administration from Maseno University (2019), Master of Arts in Governance and Ethics from Mount Kenya University (2019), Senior Management Course School of Government from Matuga (2012), Master of Education (Educational Administration) from Kenyatta University (2008), Guidance and Counseling from KIPC (2004) and Bachelor of Education Arts from Kenyatta University (1997).
