Dr.Joseph Herman Wachiye is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Planning & Management,School of Education.He is also the Coordinator for Quality Assurance in the department.
Planning and Economics of Education.He holds a Master of Education in Planning & Economics of Education from Maseno University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Planning & Economics of Education.
His areas of specialization and research interests are in Planning and Economics of Education, Monitoring and Evaluation, & Research Methodology,Equity, Internal Efficiency and Access in Education.
Dr.Wachiye is a full member of the Kenya Institute of Management (MKIM) and a member of the Educational Management Society of Kenya(EMASK).
