Dr. Iddah Maulid. Ali

Dr. Iddah Maulid Ali holds a doctorate degree in Medical Biotechnology, Msc in Medical Immunology, Bsc Medical Laboratory Science. She was instrumental in first validation of the Gene Xpert for urine use in place of sputum in the diagnosis of disseminated tuberculosis. She currently serves as the Chairperson Department of Medical Microbiology & Parasitology, School of Medicine and a Curriculum Reviewer of Masinde Muliro University Academic Progammes.
