Emoit Leonard Eshalai, an undergraguate student pursuing Bachelor of Science in Biology in the Department of Biological Sciences (School of Natural Sciences- MMUST) on industrial attachment at Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization ( KALRO) Kabete under the mentorship of Mr. Eliud Njoroge, John Mwangi and John Mulwa, the Head of Department and Supervisors and Professor John Muoma (MMUST) in June 2021.

“During my attachment, i have successfully gained the following skills; soil texture determination, soil moisture content, drip irrigation, green house construction and management, insect collection, classification and preservation, biological control of insect pests, efficacy trials, management of crop storage pests and haberium techniques. intergrated pests management and intragrated weed management, determination of soil ph, phosphorus and magnesium.
