Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology today,commenced an induction workshop for Chairpersons of Departments (CoD’s) at Kisumu Hotel, Kisumu County. The training is expected to upscale the management skills of the CoD’s, who are line managers to enable them keep abreast with the modern dynamics in higher education.
As an institution of higher learning, MMUST has taken cognizance of the need for frequent and continuous training which is in tandem with good practice and change management. The two day workshop, ran from Thurday 23rd to Friday 24th March, 2023.
