MMUST TO PARTNER COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KAKAMEGA IN ‘CRACKING’ THE COMMUNITY’S DEVELOPMENT AGENDA

Speaking during the courtesy call, Prof. Achoka assured the County government that MMUST has experts who can be hired by the County Government in the running of their daily activities. She further said that MMUST has established an Institute of Indigenous Knowledge Cultural Studies and is open to partners who can help archive important information about our culture, traditional foods and traditional dances that can help preserve what originally belonged to Africans. The purpose of the visit was to come up with a way in which the institutions can tap into the available resources between them.
