"It is evident that our team is strong and as we are going to participate in the next Sevens season. We are looking forward to a big win since we have been conducting serious training to prepare the team for the matches," Dr. Ochieng said.

During the last Sevens tournament held in Eldoret, the team came third after it managed to win five matches out of six. The Strathmore University team came first after winning all the matches followed by Oilers RFC then MMUST team.

The team is looking forward to another six legs in Nairobi Sevens for two consecutive legs, Kakamega Sevens, Mombasa Sevens, Kisumu (Dala Sevens) and Nakuru Sevens. The newly launched kit will certainly give our team clear visibility in the upcoming matches.
