IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
All students who wish to change their programme of study are requested to adhere to the following instructions.
1. Visit https://students.kuccps.net/login/ website by using your KCSE index number Birth certificate / to establish your eligibility for the programme you wish to transfer to.
2. Use your, either KCPE index number or Birth certificate number as your password to access your weighted cluster points (WCP) to establish whether you merit.
3. You will only transfer to a programme that you qualify for.
4. Clearly indicate your cut off points and cluster points on the space indicated on the forms.
5. You are only allowed to make transfer by filling the form once. Multiple transfers will lead disqualification.
6. Transfers will only be done to programmes that have vacancies.
8. After online submission of the form, kindly wait for our communication as you attend lecturers in Programmes that you were initially placed in.
9. Feedback will be posted on your portal and notice boards after 5 working Days.

Make sure to read the Instructions before filling the form.
Confirm that you meet the entry points and subject requirement of the degree course you are seeking to join. - Fill Out the Form:
Complete the form by entering your responses in the fields provided. - Review Your Responses:
Before submitting the form, review your answers to ensure they are accurate and complete. - Submit the Form:
Once you have filled out all the necessary fields and reviewed your responses, click the "Submit" button at the end of the form. - Exit the Form: You can now close the browser window or tab to exit the form.
