This MOU focuses on the following areas of collaboration:
- Developing and implementing, as appropriate, joint programs and projects in mutually identified areas;
- Organizing workshops, seminars and meetings jointly; and
- Exchanging analytical reports, publications, technical materials, expert services and other information related to the purposes of this MOU
