Brief description
This MOU focuses on the following areas of collaboration:
• To establish Masinde Muliro campus at Butula Constituency, Busia County.
• The MOU governs the broad objectives and conditions of the collaborative activities.
• Detailed specific agreements of each collaborative activity with Faculties, Schools, Centers, Institutes and Departments shall be developed within the provision of the MOU after approval, shall become annexes to this MOU.
• This MOU will remain in force for five years from the date it is signed.
• Such specific documents may include a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that shall define in detail the specific activities and projects being undertaken and a Memorandum of Finance (MOF) that shall define in detail all the financial matters and undertakings of the collaborating parties in the particular project or activity.
