This MOU focuses on the following areas of collaboration:
 Aim to certify all students and staff of MMUST in ICDL modules recommended by ICDL
Africa
 Define a standard for trainers responsible for delivering training for ICDL programmes
 Agree on a quarterly review of the implementation of ICDL and related deliverables
 Agree on plans and goals of the ICDL certification programmes
 Such other work as may be agreed upon between the Parties from time to time
