About Ms. Pauline Adhiambo
Ms. Pauline is an Educationist and Psychologist with 22 year experience in Teaching, Teacher Management and Counselling. She currently serves as Acting Head of Guidance and Counselling Section at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. She holds a Master’s degree in Education Psychology from Maseno University, specializing in Adolescent Psychology. Her areas of academic and research interest are in the fields of teenage sexuality and psychosocial development. As an educationist, her experience covers both secondary school and teacher training institutions. She has been involved in teacher training for Early Childhood Development and Education Teachers as well as Secondary School teachers.
As a Psychologist, she has been engaged in providing counselling and mentorship services at secondary school and tertiary institutions, including university. She has also participated in humanitarian activities as a provider of Psychological First Aid during disaster response
missions.
