Dr. Evans M. Oruta.
Dr. Evans M. Oruta is a Lecturer in the Department of Criminology and Social Work at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. He has over ten years teaching experience at the university and nineteen years of service in the National Police Service where he served as a Police Officer rising through the ranks to that of an Inspector of Police. His area of interest is Criminology with specialization in the Criminal Justice System practices, specifically on areas of correctional management, policing and security management.
