 Dr. Henry M. Barasa

Dr. Henry M. Barasa is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Engineering from Egerton University, and he has over ten years of experience in teaching and research. He currently teaches Thermodynamics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Power Plant Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Renewable Energy, and Industrial Engineering Management to undergraduate students. He also teaches Energy Systems and Management, Applied Heat and Utility Services, Occupational Health and Safety, and Industrial Ergonomics to postgraduate students. His areas of research are renewable energy, and biomass waste management. Dr. Masinde has several publications in peer reviewed Journals, and he has participated in Scientific Conferences. He has a lot of experience in Biogas Technology.
