Mr. Apollo M. Waliaro.
Mr.Waliaro is a Senior Lecturer of Computer Science and the former Director ICT of Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science specializing in Software Engineering. His areas of academic and research interest are in the fields of Software Architectures, Cloud Computing.
His major scholarly contribution was development of ICT policy, ICT Strategic Plan, Staff Establishment and ICT Schemes of Service at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.
