Mr. Vincent Chibini
He has a Bachelors of Science in Information Sciences(Library major) from Moi Universisity and Masters of philosophy in Library and Information Sciences from Moi University. Currently pursuing doctor of Phylosophy (PHD) in library and information sciences from MOi University. Mr. Chibini is the acting University Librarian.He is responsible for developing library policies and systems affecting all aspects of library services including budget preparation. He also does the planning and implementation of all library programmes. He provides reference and research assistance in the library.
