Prof. Moses W. Poipoi is an Associate Professor of Educational Psychology at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST). Currently, he is the Dean, School of Education (MMUST). He is an Associate Member of the Kenya Institute of Management. He holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in Educational Psychology. He has a Bachelor of Education degree in Arts (Moi University), Diploma in Ministry (Bread of Life College) and a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Kenya Institute of Management. He is an external examiner for several Universities in Kenya. He has supervised and examined over 30 Phd and Masters students. He has published widely in referred journals and is actively involved in research in Kenya and beyond. He serves as a member of various school and hospital boards of management. His areas of interest include violent behavior, social psychology, counselling and non-formal education. He is also a member of the Elgon Victoria Research and Development Consortium (ELGOVIC).
