REV. PROF. JUDITH SERAH ACHOKA
Prof.Judith Achoka is a Professor of Educational Administration, Management and Policy Studies.She obtained her first degree from University of Nairobi where I studied Education, History and Philosophy in the Period 1975 – 1978. Here, I emerged with Second Class Honours – Upper Division,with a second degree from McGill University in Canada from 1989 – 1990.Prof.Achoka graduated with a Masters Degree in Arts and Education (MA).
She pursued her doctorate at Kenyatta University, Kenya from 2000 -2003.Thereafter, she proceeded for courses in Management of Higher Education by UNISTAFF Programme at University of Kassel in Germany, 2004.The Succinctness with which she has emerged from her intensive and extensive trainings, daily drive me in all my scholarly and administrative undertakings unto being a result – oriented administrator -manager who meticulously exercises hands - on and humane friendly transformative leadership style to ensure provision of expected outcomes. Since I joined National University system, 1992, my focus has remained firm, productive and successfully so as I consciously embrace inclusivity in all work environments with my interactants.
