Dr. Rose Olayo.

Dr. Rose Olayo holds a doctorate degree in Community Health and Development specializing in Health Promotion. Her areas of academic and research interest are in the field of community health approaches, health systems improvement, adolescent sexuality and health.    

Dr.Olayo's major scholarly contribution was in developing a communication and health promotion model for adolescent sexuality education among the Luo community of Kenya as well as developing community based model aimed at continuous improvement of the health systems in Kenya. She is currently a  Senior Lecturer and serves as the Postgraduate Coordinator of the Department of Public Health.
