Ms Caroline Ayoti

Caroline Ayoti is an Assistant Lecturer in the School of Education. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree,  B.Ed (Arts), (Kiswahili and Geography) from - Moi University Eldoret, and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.She is currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Kisii University. Additionally, Caroline has also done a certificate course in Monitoring and Evaluation and Post -Diploma course in Human Resource Management at Kenya Institute of Management.

Caroline worked as a teacher employed by TSC where she taught Kiswahili and Geography subjects in various schools. In the year 2010, she transferred her services from TSC to Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology where she served as an administrative assistant for a period of time before transitioning to teaching. Her areas of academic and research interest are in the fields of Curriculum Development and Instruction.

Caroline is a result oriented professional, God fearing, hardworking, energetic, dedicated, creative and disciplined individual with high integrity. She is committed to the highest levels of professional excellence by virtue of hands on administrative and operational experience. Her main aim is to surpass the ordinary by maximizing available opportunities through acquiring desirable skills, experiences and knowledge for mutual benefit of herself and employer.
