Prof. Cleophas Wangila
He was a Professor of Aquatic Science in the Department of Biological Sciences, School of Natural Sciences at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.Prof Wangila was the Principal of Western University College of Science and Technology (WUCST) from 2003 to 2006. He later became the Founding Vice Chancellor of Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2013.
He died on 30th August 2019.
