Mr. Ajuoga Phelix is an Administrative Assistant (Human Resource Officer) in HR and Administration Department, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST). He is a seasoned Administration and Human Resource Management expert focused on recruitment, training, performance & reward management, industrial relations (CBA Negotiation Process and Administration), staff welfare and succession management. His academic and research expertise are exhibited in the General Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, staff Training & Development, Labour Law, Organizational Theory & Behaviour, Career Advisory and Employee Separation Management.
He holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resource Management (1st Class Honours) from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST). He is currently a Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRP-K) student at Mount Kenya University. Professionally, he is a registered Member in good standing with Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
Mr. Ajuoga has six years experience as a HR practitioner, trainer, university tutor, career advisor and researcher. He is currently an Administrative Assistant (HR Officer) in the Office of Registrar, HR & Administration. His other roles are secretary/Focal Person of the MMUST Road Safety Mainstreaming, champion of productivity mainstreaming and Part time tutorial fellow in Business Administration & Management Science Department, School of Business & Economics at MMUST.
