Brief description:
Quality training is the pillar towards success and growth of any Nation. However, effective research, teaching and/ or learning requires a wholesome understanding of global trends and practices. This would be through content, the learners and human capital development. This collaboration therefore bridges the gap among participating countries in hospitality practice by bringing together learners and teachers through mobility program. Consequently, this facilitates the exchange of knowledge and skills at a regional and/ or global level. Further, collaborations in research and innovation will yield watertight industry practice and policies thus catapulting the industry to great heights.
In effect therefore, this collaboration will yield quality research and innovation, which is necessary in solving industry-based societal, national and international problems, as well as nurture not only independent researcher but also mentors. The Erasmus KA171 Mobility Project will therefore play a big role in transforming the potential of participants into reality through their contribution to the global approach, in providing guidelines in policy and practice; with the ripple effect being solving of emerging global problems.
