Dr Jairus Odawa

Dr.Jairus Odawa is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology, School of Computing and Informatics and the Director, Institute of Open and Distance E-Learning(IODeL).His areas of academic and research interests are in Information Systems Development and Administration , Business Process Management, ICT4D, Information Systems development & Engineering Urban road traffic congestion,Transportation Systems Planning and Management, Traffic engineering and management. Dr Jairus Odawa holds a doctorate degree in Management Science and Engineering specializing in Information Systems.
