Prof. Judah Mualuko Ndiku

Prof.Judah Ndiku is an Associate Professor of Educational Administration and Management.He is an experienced and prolific educator in Educational Administration and Management, Curriculum Development ,Teacher Education and Management of Education in Emergencies. He is currently the Registrar,Academic Affairs,a position he assummed after holding office as the  Director Curriculum Review and Development.He is also the immediate former Executive Dean, School of Education at MMUST having served as the Chairman; Department of Educational Planning and Management.

Prof.Ndiku is a seasoned team leader, researcher, consultant, scholar, mentor and trainer with various international, government and non-governmental organizations on capacity building of teachers and Education managers. He recently successfully ran the DIES National Multiplication Training on “Enhancing Change Project Management for Economic Sustainability in Higher Education Institutions in Kenya” sponsored by DAAD. He is an alumnus of DAAD in the International Deans Course and a Peer Reviewer and Quality Auditor with the Commission for University Education (CUE). Prof. Ndiku has been involved in teaching at different levels (secondary, tertiary and university level) for over 26 years and is active in research and scholarship with over sixty publications in refereed Journals and authored book chapters in areas of Educational Management, Pedagogy and Peace Education. He has successfully supervised over thirty graduate students across disciplines; Education, Business Studies and Disaster Management. Prof.Ndiku has chaired many standing and Adhoc committees at MMUST among them being the MMUST strategic planning committee.

Prof. Ndiku qualified with Bachelor of Education (Kiswahili and History) from Moi University, Master of Philosophy (M. Phil) Educational Administration Planning and Curriculum (Educational Administration) and Ph.D in Conflict Resolution and Management with a bias towards Education in Emergencies from MMUST.
