Dr. Isaac Waswa Shitubi
Dr. Isaac W. Shitubi is a lecturer in the Department of Journalism, media and mass Communication, music and dance, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. He holds a degree in bachelor of Education arts (Music/music) and Master of Music from Kenyatta University and PHD in technology Education (Music teaching methods) from MOI University. He has served as a music lecturer, section head and an examination officer school of education at Moi University.He is current the head of Music sub-section.
