The Directorate of Curriculum Review and Development was established in October, 2020 for the purpose of ensuring the curricula on offer are of quality and meet the regulatory requirements.   It works with the curriculum committee of the university to process all developed and reviewed curricula for Senate approval. The Directorate of Curriculum Review and Development provides leadership and coordinates with schools and the University Management for adequate resource allocation and support for quality curriculum review and development, research in curriculum and capacity building of academic staff curriculum matters.

The directorate utilizes standards of practice to ensure the highest possible quality for the curricula within allocated resources guided by the regulatory bodies, university vision and mission and the strategic direction of the university.
