Public Notice: Tender Withdrawal – Supply, Installation, Implementation, Testing, Training, Commissioning and Support of a Pension Administration ERP Software Solution

The Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme (MMUST SRBS) hereby notifies all prospective bidders and the general public that the above tender has been withdrawn/cancelled.

The withdrawal follows compliance observations raised by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). MMUST SRBS will undertake a comprehensive review and revision of the tender document to ensure full compliance with all PPRA and National Treasury regulations.

A revised tender will be re-advertised once the review process is complete. All interested parties are encouraged to monitor the MMUST website, PPIP portal, and other official channels for the new tender notice.
