1. Purpose of the System
The MMUST Integrity and Corruption Reporting System is an official platform provided by the University to enable staff, students, and stakeholders to confidentially report suspected cases of corruption, fraud, misconduct, or unethical practices within the University.
2. Good Faith Reporting
All reports must be submitted in good faith and based on truthful information to the best of the reporter’s knowledge. The University encourages responsible use of this platform.
3. Confidentiality
All submissions are treated as strictly confidential. Access is restricted to authorized University officers responsible for receiving, reviewing, and investigating reports.
4. Use of Information
Information submitted through this system will be used strictly for investigation, administrative action, disciplinary procedures, or legal processes where necessary.
5. Protection of Reporters
MMUST is committed to protecting individuals who submit reports in good faith from retaliation, victimization, or adverse treatment.
6. Misuse of the System
Submission of false, malicious, or knowingly misleading reports may result in disciplinary or legal action in accordance with University regulations and applicable law.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a report through this system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
