Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create my portal account?
1. Creating Portal Account
- Visit: portal.mmust.ac.ke.
- On the bottom right corner, click Create account.
- A new page will be displayed
- Under
Registration/Employee number: Enter your Registration number
Password: Enter a password of your choice
Confirm password: Renter the password to confirm it
Click Submit. (You will be notified that an activation code has been sent to your MMUST Corporate email.)
2. Accessing your email Account
- If you are a KUCCPS student you can access your email by:

- Visiting http://admission.mmust.ac.ke
- Log in with your high school index number in the following format: index number/2021 e.g. 012345678/2021
- Your email address and the default password should be among the documents once logged in.
- Visiting http://admission.mmust.ac.ke
- If you are a Self Sponsored, PostGraduate or Inter- University Transfer Student get your email from ICT or send a whatsApp request for the same.
- Once you have your email and password proceed to the next step below
3. Activating email and portal Account
- Visit gmail.com
- Login in with your MMUST email address and the default Password.
(If prompted to change the password. Do so appropriately and remember the new password).
(You have now activated your email account) - Check in your email inbox you will find a MMUST Portal Confirmation email/link. Click on this link to activate the portal account. (You will have now activated your portal account)
- You can now visit the portal and log in with the portal Registration number & Password (from step 1)
