Brief description

This MOU focuses on the following areas of collaboration:

• Identify priorities for the development of Linkages through close cooperation in the work carried out;
• Promote the development of an international integrated working agreement for the four institutions;
• Assist the Parties in formulating and implementing policies, plans and strategies aimed at improving the working structures of any institution in the group;
• Promote the development of inter institutional comprehensive approach to addressing community problems and developments to increase efficiency;
• Promote the accession of networks and countries of our operations, to either one or another, aiming at facilitating creation of larger networks;
• Enhance national and international capabilities and devise effective strategies and programs for human resources development in group members; and
• Carry-out development and peer performance reviews of the group members.
