A delegation from the KCB Bank Kisumu branch yesterday, 6th November 2024, paid a courtesy call to the Vice Chancellor Prof. Solomon Shibairo, as part of the bank's ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships with local institutions and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
The team led by the Corporate Business Development Manager, Ms. Mary Orita, and the Corporate Relationship Manager for the Western Region, Mr. Maurice Kareza, was received by CPA Stella Kabuga from the Finance Department, before proceeding to the Vice Chancellor's Office where they discussed various avenues for partnership. They also discussed ways of enhancing financial services for students and staff, as well as supporting the University's development programs.
Prof. Shibairo expressed gratitude for KCB's proactive approach to fostering positive community engagement and supporting higher education.
Ms. Mary Orita emphasized KCB’s commitment to contributing to the growth and development of educational institutions in the region. She highlighted the bank's tailored financial products, which include student loans, savings accounts, and digital banking services, all designed to meet the needs of the University community.
