Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology has today, 1st March, 2022, received a cheque donation of four hundred thousand Kenya Shillings (Kshs. 400,000) from African Canadian Continuing Education Society (ACCES), Kenya. The cheque was presented to the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Solomon Shibairo, by the Director ACCES, Mr. Anthony Kikubu Mutevane. It is worth noting that Mr. Mutevane is an alumnus of MMUST class of 2009.
The donation, which has been awarded courtesy of the existing MOU between MMUST and ACCES, will go towards sponsoring thirty-three (33) bright and needy students from this University. These funds are ear-marked for diploma and undergraduate students.
