The Director, Research and Postgraduate Support, Prof. Peter Bukhala is delighted to remind you that the 15th Multidisciplinary International Virtual Conference will kick off tomorrow, Wednesday, 25th May, 2022 and will go on up to Friday, 27th May, 2022. The Chancellor, Dr. Peter Wanyaga Muthoka, will be the Chief guest supported by the Chairperson of Council, Dr. Musangi Jane Mutua.
The three-day conference has drawn exciting presenters and experts from various fields. Tomorrow, our very own Professor of Horticulture, Prof. Leonard Wamocho will be among the panelists in Agriculture. The others include Prof. Fuchaka Waswa, a visiting Professor from Kenyatta University who is on sabbatical leave and working in the School of SAVET as well, Mr. Brown Makotsi, a prominent coffee farmer and consultant with East Africa Development Consultants.
The second panel on Engineering will be led by Prof. Ratemo Michieka, formerly, VC, JKUAT and Prof. Kimutai Some, formerly VC, Moi University and Chief Executive Officer of Commission for University Education (CUE).
