Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) today, 21st March 2022, hosted Senior Lecturers from Walter Sisulu University (WSU) from South Africa for an exchange programme on Teaching Practice. The theme of the program is ‘Realizing University Mandate: WSU and MMUST Approaches.’
The visiting lecturers, Dr. Grasia Chisango and Dr. Newline Marongwe from the Faculty of Education and School Development, paid a courtesy call to the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Planning Research and Innovations, Prof. Charles Mutai who welcomed them to MMUST. He assured them of fruitful deliberations between the two Universities during their five-day visit that started today.

This event has been organized by the Director, International and Academic Linkages, Dr. Catherine Aurah in conjunction with the School of Education (SEDU) led by the Dean, , Chairperson, Curriculum Instructional Technology, Prof. Aggrey Simiyu, and Lecturer, Educational Psychology, Dr. Rose Opiyo.
The programme will run until Friday, 25th March, 2022 with various presentations and deliberations between the two institutions.
