It is worth noting that the Next Generation Leadership Programme is a transformative leadership development initiative aimed at nurturing both emerging and current leaders within the African Church. The program focuses on cultivating leadership skills grounded in servant leadership and promoting a culture of synodality, and is designed for consecrated women and men, as well as laypersons working for the Church to access educational opportunities. In addition to the academic courses, scholarship recipients also complete four additional leadership courses provided through the Programme, including Servant Leadership, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Executive Leadership and Management, and Catholic Social Thought.
